At Light2Work LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality lighting solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to assist you.

Returns

  • Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
  • Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the return shipment.

Restocking Fee

  • Unopened/Unused Returns: After 30 days, un-used, unopened, and re-sellable items may still be returned but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Beyond 30 Days: Items returned after the 30-day window, and that meet the criteria, will also incur a 15% restocking fee.

Refund Process

  • Refund Options: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed either as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on your preference.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will either issue a full refund or replace the fixture, depending on your preference.

International Orders
